Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly by monitoring and managing the production team. - Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary to ensure that production targets are met. - Planning and organizing the manufacturing process, including the allocation of resources and the development of production schedules. - Monitoring the production process for efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to minimize downtime and increase output. - Conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance. - Ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed and that high standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
