SUMMARY

Under general supervision, responsible for Maintenance of Facility and media . Be a creative and proactive contributor, focused on continued improvement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises;

  • Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment;

  • Maintain, repair and keep in basic condition production compressed air system, humidifiers, air dryers, vacuum systems, water treatment, boiler house;

  • Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment in part of modernizations and optimizations;

  • Update technical documentation when changes mandate and following a part of lifecycle;

  • Create, optimize and improve maintenance strategy for all Air Conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.

  • Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes;

  • Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required;

  • Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented;

  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, in technical area;

  • One to three years experience; or demonstrated skills required to perform the job.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CAD is a plus.

  • Driver's license, B category

  • Knowledge of English and Croatian language
