This position has been allocated for a BC/BE Internist interested in gaining employment with Intermountain Health as a Hospitalist.

Intermountain Health is searching for a Medicine-Pediatrics trained physician with 1-2 years of direct hospitalist experience. This Hospitalist will have the opportunity to join our Intermountain Medical Group and practice at Park City Hospital, a full-service, 37-bed community hospital dedicated to serving the inpatient medical needs of both Summit and Wasatch counties.

Position Information

  • Full-time Hospitalist needed to join a collaborative team of physicians at Park City Hospital

  • Shifts vary, close to equal split of days and nights

  • Join a team of 3 other Hospitalists

  • Diverse patient population: high rural care volume, seasonal, and Park City residents

Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

  • U.S. ACGME Residency

  • Current Basic Life Support certification

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program trained/eligible

Park City is located in the Wasatch mountains, east of Salt Lake City in Summit County at approximately 7,000 feet with a population of just over 8,000. It’s a short 40 minute drive to Salt Lake City. The Park City area currently has three world class resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and The Canyons Resort. It was a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and continues to host the Sundance Film Festival, the Park City Music Festival, the Park City Jazz Festival, and Utah Symphony & Opera's Deer Valley Music Festival.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
