Summary

Operate a front-end loader in a safe, efficient, and proper manner to achieve a high-quality asphalt mixture at an asphalt plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to operate a front-end loader and various pieces of heavy equipment.

  • Occasional handwork laboring as needed including shoveling, cleaning, and lifting.

  • Perform general maintenance and inspection of the equipment.

  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspection of the asphalt plant and its components.

    Qualifications

  • High school diploma or (GED).

  • Two (2) or more years of operating a front-end loader.

  • "Safety First" attitude & follow all Safety Practices, Policies and Procedures.

  • Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing to work longer hours, weekends and occasional night shifts when necessary.

  • Be a Team player and bring a positive attitude to work every shift.

    Compensation Package As Replacement Worker

  • Excellent Base Hourly Wage

  • 401k (company contribution)

  • Vacation Wage (paid at lay-off)
