Job Description

A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Cloud Security Architect to join their Cloud Security Governance team within the Information Security organization. As this team is dealing with a large number of mergers and acquisitions, they need to get those existing environments engrained into theirs. In this role you will help design and deliver operational and infrastructure processes which support and maintain cloud security capabilities as well as help monitoring cloud security resources, identify impacts and drive resolutions. You will be help with pulling requests from GitOps, help review and approve the ops and code as well. Alongside architect responsibilities, you will help manage code reviews and help push requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Monitor Cloud Service Provider updates for consideration of security impacts of updates

-Maintain, manage, and update Security Policy for currency and operational stability

-Support gating patterns for Global Dev teams (Twistlock, OPA, TSSC, Sentinel, Cloud Native)

-Remediation of cloud impacts

-Partner with Cloud Security Engineering team, deliver security code elements across private and public multi-cloud

-Collaborate with enterprise architects and SMEs to support and maintain complete security architecture solutions.

-Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges.

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of Cloud Security experience, within AWS, GCP or Azure.

-3+ years of Security Domain experience (Infrastructure Security, Application Security, Network, IAM, etc).

-Extensive understanding and experience with Terraform.

-Understanding of DevSecOps principles and environments, including GitOps.

-Proficient in OpenShift, Kubernetes administration. Understanding of Docker containers. null
