Job Overview

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Electrical Team Lead to join our team. 

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· On-site, full time role in Reading, PA

· Maintain UL Logbook

· Installing LEDs into sign boxes

· Understanding blueprints and LED layout specifications

· Knowledge of controls and DMX (and similar) power supplies

· Basic sign assembly

· Safety and workplace organization

· Other duties as required

Requirements

· Previous Industry experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

· General construction and electrical knowledge

· Ability to read construction drawings

· Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred

· Must provide own tools

· Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail

· Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments

· Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
