Description We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist based in Richardson, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom sector. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be providing information about our products and resources to customers and sales team members. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about our products and services

• Process orders received via various channels, ensuring efficient order processing

• Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing unparalleled customer service and ensuring clear communication

• Assist customers in navigating and using our website

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products from customer-initiated contact

• Proactively communicate any expectations that will not be met to customers, sales agencies, and other relevant parties

• Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems

• Maintain current knowledge of all company products and processes through training of available resources

• Foster open communication internally and externally and champion creative changes to improve processing and service levels

• Support committed accounts to ensure delivery of exceptional service and to build commitment and satisfaction
