Description:

A qualified candidate will need to be proficient in the diagnosis and repair of diesel heavy equipment to include differentials, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, PTO's, wheel ends, electrical systems including starters and alternators, wiring harnesses and sensors, Heating and air systems, Steering systems, items such as turbos, fan clutches, injectors, water pumps, Hydraulic systems, ETC.

The candidate must have a valid drivers license and CDL is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent required

5 years Minimum experience with truck and trailer maintenance required. Engine rebuild experience is needed.

Must have own tools.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs

Approximately 50 to 60 hours per week.

50% of the work will be completed in the field, the other 50% will be completed at their downtown location.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting.

Detection of faults through the use of diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems: electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines and general machine performance is expected. Occasional operation of machine in the determination of repair need or repair assessment may occur.
