Boehringer Ingelheim Manager, Transparency and Disclosure Manager in Ridgefield, Connecticut

Description

Supports the daily operations of the US Transparency & Disclosure (T&D) Program, including oversight of operational processes and systems. The scope of the T&D program includes the Federal Open Payments Program (Sunshine Act), and various state requirements associated with T&D, meal thresholds, gift bans, etc. This role will lead many business facing responsibilities and will work collaboratively with multiple departments and personnel, including stakeholders and colleagues across the globe.

Deep technical skills and strong understanding of complex system architecture including ERP systems such as SAP, Concur, etc. Experience managing large datasets/databases, ability to utilize data driven analyses to create relevant business facing presentations. Experience with data visualization techniques including software such as tableau, qlik, etc. Demonstrated ability to apply data driven analyses and decision making.

Compensation Data

This position offers a base salary typically between $111,000 and $183,000. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage T&D projects related from inception through completion using good project management skills, planning and organizing, teamwork and communication. Must be results-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal supervision.

  • Support business ownership of US T&D system, including partnering with business stakeholders to maintain accurate and on time data collection from source systems, vendors, etc.

  • Partner with Associate Director, T&D to implement and then conduct routine analysis of T&D system and processes, including data completeness by source system, outlier analyses for specific business / compliance rules, etc. Collaborate with IT and vendor to ensure system is meeting performance expectations and data capture from T&D ecosystem.

  • Lead the development and submission of US T&D reports (federal, NV, VT, MN, DC, MA, CT, OR, etc.) and related state requirements

  • Assist with projects in collaboration with Compliance and Integrity colleagues

Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required.

  • Compliance certification a plus.

  • Five-plus (5+) years of experience working in a compliance environment, including demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the requirements for effective compliance programs as set forth in the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.
