ABOVE ALL PERSONNEL Financial Project Administrator in Saint Louis, Missouri
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Executive Administrative responsibilities
- Vital conduit between EVP and CFO
- Operate independently in absence of the EVP, CFO
- Prepare Agendas
- Follow-up and track projects, programs and performance
- Budget analysis
- Coordinate Audit schedules
- Interacts with Agency officials
- Oversee projects assigned from the EVP and CFO
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Highly professional and positive
- Maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels
- Establish work priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Communicate both orally and in writing
- Work well under pressure with a high degree of responsibility
- Advance in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- 50 wpm and above typing is preferred
