The Salesforce System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the University Connected Learning CRM instance. This role is expected to stay up to date with Salesforce releases and other necessary updates to resolve system-related issues. Utilizing integrated tools, this role will maintain system backups for data integrity. As part of a team, this role will help drive adoption of Salesforce across several internal departments and external use cases.
