JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY:

Walk the shop floor doing in process and final inspecting of parts as they come off various machines or completed weldments and assemblies.

• Will be inspecting welded metal components and wire assemblies; cable background and experience with micrometers, test equipment, calipers is required; need to be able to look at drawings/schematics and follow instructions.

Computer literate - will be entering documentation into computer system. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years' experience in quality

• Must be capable of interpreting mechanical drawings

• Basic understanding of measurement devices such as tape measures and calipers.
