Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Contract Logistics Expert based in Santa Cristina e Bissone (PV).

Your Role

The Contract Logistics Expert works within the Contract Logistics Function. Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardized manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers. Is part of the local Operations Department and supports warehouse activities to satisfy customers’ needs and requests while utilizing space, equipment, and labor effectively.

Your Responsibilities

Operations

• Ensure that customers’ orders are processed promptly, supporting daily warehouse operations

• Supervise the (un)loading process related to pallets

• Carry out the activities arranged according to the KPIs negotiated with the customer

Inbound and outbound related activities

• Monitor the correct flow of inbound/outbound orders

• Manage unloading of inbound shipments

• Manage claims

Inventory activities

• Support the inventory checking, including cycle counting

• Manage the inventory documentation of the warehouse

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma

• English language fluency

• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles

• Previous exposure to the warehousing sector
