The Role

As a H&B associate, you will work with a manager to support on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation and management of a full array of Health and Benefits programs including Life, Disability, Medical, Dental and Outpatient benefits. You will be the day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital. By gaining experience as a H&B associate, you will be able to manage small to midsize projects the future.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Deliver consistent client management and deliverables in support of Head, H&B for assigned clients:

  • Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services

  • Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects

  • Contribute to projects within the specialty area including health management/wellness, disability/absence management, pharmacy and claims audits

  • Meet revenue and billable hour goals established with your manager

  • Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying your technical expertise

  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

The Requirements

  • 3+ years working experience; HR, group benefits or insurance broking experiences are plus

  • Strong analytical and creative skills

  • Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word

  • Native level Korean

  • Advanced business level English
