Purpose of the position

For assemble the products of factory, the fitter is the key controller of mechanical assembly work center of the machine, response the group task arrangement, the assemble quality, test and handle all the mechanical assemble issues.

对于装配公司的产品，装配工是机械装配工作的关键人员，响应任务安排、装配质量、测试和处理所有机械装配的问题。

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Learning and fully understand the working instruction and professional requirement.

   学习和充分理解工作指导和专业要求。

2. Accomplish the assigned job according to the production plan and met the quality requirement.

按照生产计划完成指定的工作，达到质量要求。

3. Finish the station work within budget hours.

在预算时间内完成工站工作。

4. Keep the work station tidy and cleaning also 5S jobs.

保持工作站整洁，做好5S工作。

5. Obey all the company regulations and ensure the daily operation was in line with EHS requirement.

遵守公司各项规章制度，确保日常运作符合EHS要求。

6. Perform the safety production responsibility system through effective implementation of the safety production requirements as well as rules and regulations of the company;

   履行本岗位安全生产责任制，执行公司的安全生产要求和规章制度；

7. Ensure the safety of workstation by effective implementation of the company's safety production rules and regulations, safety operation procedures, correct use of PPE, correct operation of equipment and facilities;

执行公司安全生产规章制度、安全操作规程，正确使用个人防护设备，正确操作设备设施，保证本岗位 的安全；

8. Strictly abide by company’s safety rules, responsible for daily operation, safety and environment; to ensure the implementation of safety as a part of main responsibility in accordance with the company’s EHS requirements.

严格遵守公司的安全规则，负责日常运营，安全和环境； 确保按照公司的EHS要求将安全的实施作为主要责任的一部分。

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience/ Education经历/学历

• Junior high school or above or graduated from technical secondary school; More than 1 year working experience in the manufacture company, 1 year experience related mechanical assembly will be preferred. 初中或初中以上学历或毕业于中专/技校, 在制造公司有1年以上工作经验，1年以上机械装配相关经验优先考虑。

• Have received basic knowledge training on environmental management and occupational health & safety management within company at all levels, on top of that, have received training on environmental factor identification, hazard identification & risk assessment , relevant environmental and occupational health & safety laws and regulations, master on-site environmental, occupational health & safety response measures and emergency measures. 接受过公司环境管理、职业健康安全管理基本知识培训，接受过环境因素识别、危险源识别及风险评估培训，接受过相关环境及职业健康安全法律法规培训，掌握现场环境、职业健康安全应对措施及应急措施。

• Have received three-level safety education and passed the examination. 接受过三级安全教育并考试合格。

Skills 技能：

• Self-motivated working, responsible, honesty, good learning and communicate skill. 工作积极主动，认真负责，诚实，有良好的学习和沟通能力。
