HP Inc. GTM Solutions Architect Manager in Spring, Texas

The GTM Solutions Architect Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the distribution and sales channels for a company's products or services. This role involves developing strategies, processes, and systems to ensure that products reach their intended markets in the most efficient and cost-effective way while maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies

  • Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements

  • Regularly evaluate new RevOps technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency

  • Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools, including CRM, CPQ, CLM and other relevant applications

  • Overall management and execution of Salesforce-related infrastructure changes and records management

  • Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders with different priorities and levels of technical acumen

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.

  • Produce solution documentation and enablement material materials for our tools and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.

  • Proven experience in route to market strategy development and implementation, ideally in a similar industry or sector.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of sales and distribution channels, supply chain management, and technology solutions.

  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer trends.

  • Project management skills to oversee the execution of RTM initiatives.

Metrics and KPIs​​:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Monitor the average cost to acquire new customers.

  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Assess the average income received per customer over time.

  • Monthly and Annual Recurring Revenue (MRR and ARR): Track average income per month/year.

  • Churn Rate: Monitor the number of customers/subscribers lost.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $143,850.00 -$208,582.50 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
