The VP Marketing will partner closely with Leaders in various geographies and regions to drive profitable revenue increase through implementing strategic initiatives, targeting attractive market segments, spearheading pricing, cost-out and share gain activities. A key to success in this role is to identify major changes in the business environment, customer base, and competitive landscape, converting these insights into strategies focused on extending OTT HydroMet’ s competitive advantages

This position is located in US or Europe and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

· Develop and execute a growth strategy by identifying attractive target segments, planning product innovations and portfolio improvements, developing partnerships with external companies, and M&A activities

· Ensure rigorous portfolio management through defining and implementing a product roadmap based on customer requirement, presenting clear value propositions, and executing on product rationalization and product cost improvements.

· Work closely with Research and Development to drive new product development processes to support revenue growth. Improve customer satisfaction through comprehensive validation of new products against customer use-cases and market needs.

· Own plans that drive product improvements and sustainment, plus product obsolescence where appropriate. Proactively manage the portfolio to improve margins and reduce risk

· Define and execute digital marketing strategy to support business growth

· Hire, train, develop, and coach high potential commercial professionals to create an environment of engagement and performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other Marketing advanced degree desired

· Minimum 10 years with relevant senior-level experience in strategy, marketing, portfolio management, and product commercialization

· High level of strategic agility, demonstrated leadership and managerial skills on a global level, attracting top talent, developing high performers, and holding people accountable for performance

· Significant experience with financial modeling and business case development as well as with KPI measurement and analytics

· Understands the complexity of business needs and decision drivers within an organization. Must be able to consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences.

· Travel up to 40%

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $ 155,200 - $ 287,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
