JOB REQUIREMENTS: Production Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities The role of the Production Supervisor is to lead and manage the production process and system consistent with the goals and objectives of the company. The focus must be on the stability and improvement of the manufacturing system and human resources assigned to his or her staff. The supervisor is responsible to assure and communicate a clear understanding of safety, quality, cost, production and policy standards. They will be responsible to define and manage an effective continuous improvement process that drives safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvement. The Production Supervisor supervises all shift production staff. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years of supervisory experience and staff development skills. Knowledge and experience with CNC machines, programming, tool, fixture and manufacturing process development. Knowledge of Company economics, related analytical data, and production work methods and standards.
