Syracuse Iron Works is looking for a Welding/Fabricating applicant to work on specialized products with minimal supervision. Experience in Welding, Plasma Cam, machining and fabrication are great attributes. Farming background is a plus. Individual must be equipped with strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills (both orally and written). The ability to determine best welding technique to perform duties in a safe, quality oriented, and productive manner with reduced guidance. Strong work ethic to support attendance.
