• Coordinate with AIDB Administrators the setup for special events on all AIDB campuses.
• Oversee maintenance and facility issues on AIDB Regional Centers.
• Work closely with the AIDB Purchasing Department to coordinate (Adhering to all State Guidelines) the organization, classification and disposal of all obsolete AIDB property.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department the installation, delivery and assembly of furniture for all AIDB sites.
• Develop and maintain a roof warranty system and tracker.
• Select, supervise, and schedule outside contractors.
• Prioritize, assign, perform, and assist in closing work orders on a daily basis. This will include ensuring all tasks are completed satisfactorily and in a Professional manner.
