KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, People Support to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of HR support services through the implementation of a tiered service model of case management including the contact center, benefits and leave administration and people relations support

  • Collaborate with HR COEs, Tech & Data, Risk and OGC in analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions to drive compliance, consistency and operational efficiency in people support processes

  • Establish and monitor metrics and SLAs to ensure consistent performance of team (on and offshore) and address issues with performance as needed; report to leadership on performance of team

  • Manage relationships with key vendors including benefits administrator, leave of absence service provider, and other insurance and benefits providers

  • Understand and advise on the interaction of applicable laws including FMLA, ADA, HIPA, ERISA

Qualifications:

  • Minimum twelve years of recent progressive HR generalist or operations experience; minimum four years of recent supervisory experience preferred, preferably within a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably in human resource management or equivalent work experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred

  • Experience running an HR contact center, managing benefits administration and leave of absence with third party administrator; experience working with/implementing ServiceNow

  • High results orientated with a demonstrated ability to oversee practical, solution-driven initiatives and human resource processes that are perceived as quickly adding value to the business; problem solving and root cause analysis skills

  • Strong client orientation and the capability to build relationships and credibility; excellent written and oral communication, people leadership, facilitation and coaching skills;

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to travel as needed
