Do you crave a dynamic, global environment where diverse ideas fuel success? Teva's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) is searching for a visionary Associate Director, Global TA Delivery.

This is your chance to be part of the transformation and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. In this role you will embrace continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing data-driven enhancements to our TA infrastructure. You will work hand-in-hand with internal and external experts to ensure day-to-day processes and technology functionality and its’ optimization for maximum impact and top performance across TA key performance indicators.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop and implement best-in-class talent acquisition processes, ensuring seamless execution across all regions.

  • Establish and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for recruitment processes.

  • Lead and support global and regional recruitment projects and initiatives that drive innovation and continuous improvement within Teva's talent acquisition function.

  • Participate as a core project team member for all TA tool implementations, integrations, and enhancement deployments, including execution of tests and trainings.

  • Conduct process analysis to uncover hidden insights in TA data and translate these insights into compelling data stories that captivate stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.

  • Partner closely with IT and HR process solutions teams to streamline processes, ensure compliance and optimize technology to deliver a world-class talent acquisition experience.

  • Go-to expert for resolving process and tool-related issues, proactively identifying areas for optimization, and driving enhancements.

  • Support system administration for ATS and CRM and other tools, including roles and permissions, business processes, auditing, data quality, bug escalations and enhancement requests.

  • Develop, maintain, and facilitate recruitment process and tools trainings and provide ongoing consultation to ensure consistent process adherence.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Extensive experience in HR Operations within a global company.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process on all organizational levels.

  • Strong technical understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management systems (CRM) and cutting-edge recruitment technologies.

  • Insights and Data Storytelling Expertise: skilled at communicating and visualizing data and process information through compelling narratives.

  • Excellent relationship building, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, tools, and methodologies knowledge.

  • Global mindset, ability to understand and appreciate cultural differences and design approaches that can adapt to different needs.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing, ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to prioritize work, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and demonstrate strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.

  • Innovative and passionate about recruitment, with a structured attitude to implement ideas through to completion.

  • Excellent English (speaking and writing) skills.
