As the Supply Chain Excellence Manager you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing environment. You will coordinate and implement our operational excellence program to help our leaders deliver results. A core part of this role is to create a continuous improvement (CI) mindset and to provide tools and technique capabilities to develop organizational self sufficiency.

In the role of the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement supply chain excellence program across multiple plant locations, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices;

  • Support the leadership team in adopting and integrating these changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;

  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization, providing guidance and support to plant managers and their teams;

  • Propose priorities and arbitration for improvement or transformation projects

  • Support regional and country teams in the elaboration of continuous improvement plans

  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement;

  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to identify and implement improvements;

  • Conduct regular reviews of metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management;

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies;

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;

  • Apply continuous improvement principles, tools and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication and prevention;

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience in implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in consumer goods industry);

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in transformation & change management

  • Solid, demonstrated experience in implementing world class tools and lean manufacturing techniques and managing plant wide change initiatives;

  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people;

  • Servant leadership and great team player;

  • Natural facilitator & coach;

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders, including executive level;

  • Demonstrated passion for solving problems and manufacturing and operational excellence;

  • Being ready to travel between the 6 manufacturing sites in Europe (Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slovakia).

We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development. In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 4 800 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
