Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, focusing on self-sufficiency in building products with our technologies. Collaborates with partners to understand their business objectives and customize enablement plans accordingly, focusing on technically high-quality delivery of the software. Provide hands-on guidance on solution architecture and best practices to drive self-sufficiency. Provide direct hands-on technical support to partners during product implementation and delivery phases.
Requirements:
· Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and requirements necessary for successful product development.
·Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, focusing on self-sufficiency in building products with our technologies.
· Work closely with partners to create and implement technical success plans aligned with their long-term goals.
· Provide hands-on guidance on solution architecture and best practices to drive self-sufficiency.
· Provide direct hands-on technical support to partners during product implementation and delivery phases.
· Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring successful product deployment.
· Develop and maintain documentation and resources to support partner self-learning.
· Foster effective communication channels between partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer.
· Keep partners informed about product updates, technical enhancements, and industry best practices.
