About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader you will work as part of a team of Mechanical Fitter’s focused on preventative and proactive maintenance. A role respondent to breakdowns of plant equipment, you will also focus heavily on repairs.

  • Perform maintenance on a wide range of winery equipment such as crushers, pressers, pumps, conveyers, centrifuges and winery tanks

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and parts inventory.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

About you

You will be someone who has a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. As well as this you will be proactive and respondent to identifying and correcting issues, with a strong customer service mindset.

  • Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus

  • Able to work well in a team

  • Flexibility to work shift work on a rotating roster – morning, afternoon and nights (occasionally)
