Oracle’s Delivery Management practice is growing, our project management team is on the front line of cloud adoption and managing the programmes and projects to provide ground-breaking solutions and helping customers adopt modern standard methodologies.

We are looking for 0-2 years working experience with strong organisational and leadership skills and are encouraged to bring creativity and passion to the team, working in a professional and competent manner. Your role will initially be to support experienced project and programme managers to coordinate and deliver consulting services within time, scope and budget. Training will be provided on industry leading Project Management approaches, techniques and methodologies alongside on the job mentoring and feedback to allow your skills to thrive. The project management officer is encouraged to grow into project team leadership and project management roles in the coming few years.

Relevant Modules in your Degree and/or Working Experience

  • Project Management, Business or Information Technology

  • Work experience in a customer facing role ideally project management related

  • Microsoft Excel and/or Project skills

What you’ll bring

  • BA/BS degree (or higher) in any relevant field.

  • Work experience in a customer facing role is a plus.

  • Strong ability to solve problems and process data.

  • Strong organizational and relationship building skills.

  • Thrive on innovation and ability to think outside the box.

  • 0-2 years working experience, creativity, and passion to join the team, working in a professional and competent manner.

What you’ll do

  • Preparation of project status reports

  • Management and tracking of the project work plan, resource plans and dependencies

  • Administration of changes in scope through change control processes

  • Administration of project issues and risks

  • Onboarding / Offboarding Project Resources

  • Tracking of project revenue and margin against budget and forecast

  • Assisting the delivery teams with tracking of key decisions and actions
