Texas A&M University’s School of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts is seeking a Director of College Recruitment. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:  

  • Advance successful recruitment and outreach initiatives

  • Develop/maintain relationships with Texas A&M admissions & outreach partners.

  • Analyze and provide executive summaries & reports on the efficacy of recruiting initiatives.

  • Collaborate with a variety of audiences to develop a Comprehensive Communication Plan.

  • Provide unifying leadership in oversight of all personnel engaged in performing the functions of the recruitment office.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, performance, dance, music, visualization, science, technology, education, counseling,or related field, (or equivalent combination of education & experience). Ten years of full-time related experience in advising, recruiting, college teaching, student affairs, or other related areas, including three years of progressive supervisory experience.

A well-qualified candidate will have Degree(s) in Fine Arts or related field. Extensive experience with recruiting undergraduate & graduate students to programs in the Arts and experience with developing outreach programs.
