Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes program and operational data to assist in strategic and tactical decisions. Can be called upon to assist with the development of complex products or deliverables requiring specialized expert knowledge

  • Provides in-depth technical and/or management knowledge and analysis of specialized IT subject areas including systems and software, hardware, protocols, processes, networks—voice, video, and data—applications, security, testing, and customer support

  • High-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation

  • Advises on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation

  • Participates as needed in all phases of the systems lifecycle, with emphasis on one or more of the following activities: planning, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, support, and documentation, as well as quality control and risk management

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience

  • Significant Experience in:

  • Web Development

  • Experience in migrating multiple legacy systems to cloud (AWS, Azure, or other IaaS/SaaS/PaaS platforms using App rationalization techniques and framework

  • Cloud Management and Operations

  • Systems Architecture

  • Networking

  • Data Analytics

  • Content Management and Collaboration

  • Program/Project Management

  • Risk Management

  • BA/BS degree

  • Associate certification from AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Architect Certification from AWS, Azure or GCP

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a Public Trust

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
