We are looking for a savvy MDM Architect to join our growing team of Semarchy xDM experts. The hire will be responsible for spearheading and leading architecture designs of MDM solutions with our clients. The hire will be responsible for driving MDM architecture discussion for our clients, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced Semarchy xDM Architect who enjoys building MDM systems from the ground up. The MDM architect will also be responsible for chartering strategic technology directions by influencing senior IT stakeholders and must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

Requirements

• Design end-to-end MDM platforms ensuring the optimum use of various technology stacks for ingestion, staging, transformation, processing, and visualization.

• Understand the client data landscape, business processes, current pain points and gain knowledge of their requirements.

• Analyze large, complex data sets and processes to conform to the business requirements.

• Identify, design, and implement process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing MDM data delivery, re-designing systems for greater scalability, etc.

• Assist in building modules required for loading data from a wide variety of data sources into Semarchy xDM and then publishing the same data out to consumers.

• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

• Should be able to work with the client in an independent capacity.

• Work with a team of experts at offshore to implement the projects.

Responsibilities include:

• You have a BS, MS in Computer Engineering, or closely related field with 10+ years of work or research experience in software development

• Experience with Semarchy xDM

• Experience with relational SQL (Oracle, PostGres, Snowflake)

• Experience with data pipeline (ETL) tools in order to design Data Flow between systems

• Build processes supporting data ingestion, data relationships, metadata, dependency and workflow management

• Experience with stream/queue processing systems (Nice to have)

Additional Needs:

• The candidate will be expected to be able to support a variety of responsibilities as listed below. The exact nature of work to be performed will vary from project to project.

• Must be willing to work various US time zones with willingness to engage with teams from India at other hours of the day.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship requirements.

• This is a location-independent role but may require up to 25% travel.

• Will consider contract, contract-to-hire or permanent full-time.
