Description Along with the normal Industrial Cleaner responsibilities, the Team Leader resolves day-to-day issues such as readjusting staffing assignments to cover absences, requisitioning supplies, and resolving routine customer issues. Provides training to other Industrial Cleaners as needed. Refers more involved issues to Supervisor. Provides input towards performance appraisals and discipline conducted by the Supervisor. What you need: High School Diploma/GED 1 years of cleaning experience, preferably with ATSG facilities.
