CVS Health Manager, Workday Analyst/Report Developer in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Position Summary

We seek a skilled Workday Analyst and Report Writer to join our team. This role is crucial for optimizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM workflows, data analysis, and report generation, ensuring strategic HR decisions are data-driven and effective. The candidate will collaborate with HR functional areas and key contacts to identify, develop, and document comprehensive requirements for data requests out of the Core HR Technology systems. Additional responsibilities will require partnering with various teams to test and validate data across systems, while developing reports and providing workforce data and analytics to support decision making and working to fulfill both internal and external audit requests.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Workday analyst or in a similar role handling HCM systems.

  • Experience building Workday Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Trending reports.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness, meet deadlines and quality standards with little supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.

  • Experience with UKG products a plus

  • Experience with Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Knowledge of software SDLC a plus

EducationBachelors and equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
