What you will be doing?

• Setup and operate Swiss style CNC machines. Operations consists of Putting tools in machine, setting tool positions, adjusting tool offsets, replacing inserts and tools, prepping bars and bar ends and putting bars into the loader.

• Read and interpret blueprints; dimensional size and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

• Complete all paperwork required for the manufacturing process.

• Perform inspection of product to drawings and standards.

• Properly use and care for various types of inspection gages, fixtures and equipment used in the manufacturing process.

• Complete secondary operations such as part cleaning, deburring, etc.

• Move finished product to designated area.

• Manage time effectively to maximize production.

• Perform related duties as assigned.
